Job Description
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for Asian dishes, including washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring
- Support senior chefs in cooking Asian specialties
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly
- Follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in kitchen cleaning and sanitation tasks
