Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients for Asian dishes, including washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring
  • Support senior chefs in cooking Asian specialties
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly
  • Follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
