• Prepare ingredients (washing, chopping, marinating, portioning)

• Assist in mise en place for daily service

• Prepare basic sauces, stocks, and garnishes

• Assisting to set up the buffet

• Assisting guests with their requirements and food preferences.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standard

• Follow food safety and hygiene rules (HACCP)

-  Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management (preferred)

- Basic knowledge of Russian Language is preferred to assist the guests. 

- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques

- Prior experience as Commis 2 or Kitchen Assistant is an advantage
