Job Description

We are seeking motivated and detail oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team in casual roles.

We are hiring Public Area Cleaners, Room Attendants & Turndown Attendants who are passionate about creating a welcoming, luxurious environment for our guests.

 Public Area Cleaners

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and stairwells

  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing floors, dusting, and restocking supplies

  • Safely operate cleaning equipment and follow health & safety regulations, reporting any maintenance issues or hazards

Room Attendants

  • Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards

  • Restock amenities and supplies in allocated rooms

  • Use correct cleaning techniques in line with WHS regulations

  • Work closely with Front Office to release rooms on time

  • Support and assist team members when required

Turndown Attendants

  • Prepare guest rooms for the evening: turn down bed linens, fluff pillows, refresh towels

  • Restock amenities such as soap and shampoo

  • Empty rubbish and tidy guest rooms

  • Complete full cleans of rooms not serviced during the day shift

  • Ensure a welcoming and luxurious evening environment for guests

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Good communication skills to interact with staff and guests

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Availability

  • Availability across AM and PM shifts required for Public Area Cleaners & Room Attendants.
  • Turndown shifts generally start from 4:00pm onwards (approx. 3-5 hour shifts)
