Originally built in 1888, Hotel Woolstore 1888 is the fourth oldest of Sydney's 21 remaining wool stores. Transformed into a luxurious hotel within the Accor portfolio, this historic building boasts 90 exquisitely designed guestrooms, a multi-award-winning neighborhood restaurant and bar, and a variety of versatile spaces for meetings and events.

We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at Woolstore. This role calls for an enthusiastic individual who excels in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and locals while crafting the perfect cup of coffee.

Your friendly demeanor, keen attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be key in delivering an unforgettable dining experience. If you’re passionate about coffee, skilled at multitasking, and committed to excellence, we’d love to have you on our team.

• Barista qualifications and experience, preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role 
• A friendly, customer-focused attitude
• A positive team player and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
