We’re looking for a confident, energetic, and guest-focused Duty Manager to join our Front Office team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional ready to elevate their career within a luxury hotel environment. As a key leader on shift, you will embody the Pullman brand - overseeing daily operations, supporting your team, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and support the Front Office team to deliver consistently high service standards and a warm, memorable guest experience
  • Provide hands-on coaching and ongoing development to help team members excel
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration across all hotel departments
  • Promote a culture of safety, wellbeing, and alignment with Accor’s brand values
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and the continued growth of Front Office talent

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous Front Office leadership experience in a hotel or resort environment
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering elevated guest service
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport effortlessly with guests and colleagues
  • A confident communicator skilled in resolving issues, negotiating outcomes and nurturing strong working relationships
  • Experience with Opera Cloud PMS (highly regarded)
  • A proactive, adaptable approach to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
