Job Description

  • Assists the department by handling inquiries, files, and calls, helps in designing and printing of Food and Beverage advertisements, and processes all Purchase Orders for products, supplies, and licenses.
  • Oversees all administrative tasks in the department, coordinates with special departmental events, and supports Food and Beverage sales, such as making dining reservations, completing forecasting, and reporting.
  • Creates staff requisition forms, maintains supplies for F&B office and outlets, and coordinates all maintenance aspects and external service contracts with third-party service providers.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or any related field is an asset.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience as an administrative assistant in Food & Beverage is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, verbal and written communication skills with a keen sense of detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant software such as editing and Microsoft applications.
