Job Description
Step into the world of refined hospitality as our Club Millésime All Rounder. Be the face of Sofitel’s signature luxury experience, delivering heartfelt service, anticipating every guest’s need, and creating truly memorable experiences from arrival to farewell.
- Deliver personalised, seamless, and sophisticated service at all times.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with care and attention.
- Work collaboratively to uphold Sofitel’s high service standards.
- Provide warm, efficient check-ins and check-outs with a personal touch.
- Accurately update guest details and preferences for future stays.
- Maintain precise control of guest and hotel accounts.
- Communicate effectively with all departments to meet guest needs.
- Handle calls professionally, offering quick and helpful responses.
- Promote hotel facilities through confident upselling and product knowledge.
- Complete daily checklists and report follow-ups to the leadership team.
- Stay informed of daily updates, VIP arrivals, and special requests.
Qualifications
- Passionate, motivated, and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Possess a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
- Bring proven experience in a similar Front Office or guest service role.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a natural flair for connection.
- Skilled in the Opera Front Office system, from reservations to check-in, cashiering, and beyond.
- Impeccably presented, embodying the elegance and sophistication of the Sofitel brand.
- Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
