Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused F&B Executive to join our team in Lucknow, India. As an F&B Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences in our food and beverage outlets.
- Coordinate opening and closing duties, ensuring all settings meet standards and procedures
- Supervise and mentor junior team members and casual staff
- Manage restaurant reservations and cancellations efficiently
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders according to guest preferences and service standards
- Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Upsell and promote food and beverage offerings to maximize sales revenue
- Provide personalized service by remembering patron names and preferences
- Assist in inventory management and supply requisitions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service standards and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
- Leadership abilities with experience in training and mentoring team members
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
- Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other local languages is a plus
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
