Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized People & Culture Intern to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events
- Support the recruitment process by helping with resume screening and interview scheduling
- Contribute to the maintenance and organization of employee records and HR databases
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations
- Help coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team as needed
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in gathering and analyzing employee feedback to improve workplace satisfaction
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of HR processes and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong time management abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a positive work environment
- Internships or relevant coursework in HR or related fields is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Other Languages is beneficial but not required
