Job Description
- Communicate with and respond to enquiries in relation to employee welfare and onboarding of team members
- Ensure welfare activities and accommodation updates are processed in a timely fashion
- Ability to handle team member concerns and escalate matters which require management support
- Use internal systems to maintain and update all welfare related documents
- Assist in booking domestic /international tickets for team members
- Design posters for events, including monthly birthday calendar, team activity calendar, & announcements for dissemination
- Conduct regular inspections of the team accommodation and raise maintenance issues through the system
- Organise and contribute to the Welfare Committee of the resort
- Personnel document filing & updating the digital notice board
- Provide administrative support to the Assistant People & Culture Manager
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Prior experience of working in the Maldives can be advantageous
