• Oversee hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and security.
• Complete daily reconciliation, audits, reports, and departure paperwork.

• Perform reception duties while delivering five-star service
• Ensure clear communication and handover of policies, rates, and hotel information.

• Experience working in a hotel is preferred
• Projects professional image at all times through personal presentation / interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Opera systems a bonus. 
• Initiates contact and establishes rapport easily.
• Willing to take ownership and have initiative to carry out different tasks required
