Job Description

Position Summary

The Front Office Agent is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for providing a warm welcome and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The role includes handling check-in and check-out procedures, managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

  • Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately.

  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.

  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments to meet guest needs.

  • Manage guest complaints and escalate when necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with Accor service standards.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

  • Saudi nationality (mandatory).

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred).

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Front Office or Customer Service.

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.

  • Ability to work in shifts (morning, evening, night).

  • Knowledge of Opera PMS or equivalent hotel systems is an advantage.

  • Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.
  • Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
  • Basic English skills are a must.
  • Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.

  • Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
