Job Description
Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to deliver memorable guest experiences? Join the Food & Beverage team at Pullman on the Park as a Bar Attendant at Cliveden Bar, and join our exciting journey to launch a brand-new members-only bar opening this September!
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding food and beverage service: Serve guests at the Cliveden Bar with friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism, consistently exceeding expectations.
Drink Preparation: Skilled in crafting both classic and innovative beverages with attention to quality and presentation.
Attention to Detail: Pays close attention to all aspects of service, cleanliness, and product delivery for a seamless guest experience.
Teamwork: Works collaboratively with internal departments and team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Communication: Demonstrates clear and courteous communication with guests and colleagues, fostering a positive and professional environment.
Cultural Sensitivity: Treats guests and fellow team members from all backgrounds with respect, sensitivity, and transparency.
Promotional Ability: Acts as a brand advocate by actively promoting venue specials, services, and facilities.
Adaptability: Capable of navigating complex stakeholder environments and adapting to changing priorities or guest needs.
Willingness to Learn: Shows eagerness to expand skills and knowledge in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to collaborate in a team environment.
Hold a valid and active Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate in Victoria
A flexible approach to working hours is essential for this role, as you’ll have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts across days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays to support our dynamic business and vibrant events calendar
A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
