Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Residences Manager to join our team  at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha , Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential properties, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of living for our residents.

  • Manage all aspects of residential property operations, including maintenance, security, and customer service
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, rent collection, and expense control
  • Lead and mentor a team of property staff, including maintenance personnel and customer service representatives
  • Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to maintain property standards
  • Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and laws in Qatar
  • Implement marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates
  • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and improvements
  • Prepare and analyze reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in property or hospitality management, preferably in residential properties or serviced apartments
  • Proficiency in property management software and financial management tools
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Outstanding problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of financial management principles and budgeting
  • Familiarity with local housing regulations and laws in Qatar
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
  • Property Management certification preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
