Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha. As an IT Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our organization's IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth operations of our systems.
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance
- Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect organizational data
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery operations
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Provide training and guidance to staff on IT systems and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support or coordination role
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, and software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and data protection measures
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Customer-focused approach to providing IT support
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
