Job Description

  • Answer all calls in prompt and efficient manner as per hotel standards and transfer calls to related extensions
  • Receive, handle and convey to Duty Manager and to concerned department any requests or complaints received from guests and clients
  • Assist the Reception team in preparing for daily arrivals and welcoming the guests

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting
  • Knowledge in Opera system
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
