Job Description

  • Assists all area in the Front Office Department. As required. (i.e.: Operator, Reservations, Reception, Concierge, Receptionist, Business Center, Bell Desk,)
  • Responsible for assisting in a "hands-on" capacity should the need arise in any outlet or area in the Hotel.
  • Checks and ensures that all rooms/suites assigned for VIPs are in order and the respective amenities are placed in the room/suites before arrival.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Excellent grooming and presentation skills
  • Service oriented with an eye for details
