Job Description
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

- Identify target market segments and develop tailored strategies to penetrate and capture market share.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business agreements.
- Continuously explore new revenue streams, such as group bookings, events, packages, and ancillary services.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained to foster guest loyalty and positive reviews.
- Actively engage with guests to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement loyalty programs and retention strategies to encourage repeat business and enhance guest satisfaction.
Networking and Representation:
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and establish professional relationships.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to assess effectiveness of business development strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights, achievements, and areas for improvement.
