In your role, you will make our guests feel at home from arrival to departure through thoughtful, personable, and sincere hospitality. You'll manage requests with a smile, ensure accurate reservations and accounts, and contribute to maximizing occupancy and revenue. Additionally, you'll efficiently handle phone calls, coordinate transportation and luggage services, recommend local attractions, and assist with portering duties as needed.

• Strong computer skills, with experience in Opera Cloud being highly beneficial
• Available to work within a rotating roster, including weekends, holidays and occasional nights
