Your Role in Our Success
As the Executive Sous Chef, you will:
- Drive Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day in-villa dining operations, including VIP amenities, private dinners, and Chef's Table experiences, ensuring exceptional quality and guest satisfaction in all A la carte venues.
- Craft Exceptional Experiences: Design and execute menus for fine dining, destination dinners, and in-villa dining that showcase the best of international cuisine.
- Lead Culinary Excellence: Oversee the luxury a la carte service, ensuring that every dish reflects our commitment to quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Inspire & Mentor: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of chefs, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met across all culinary outlets.
- Elevate Guest Interaction: Be visible during key dining experiences, engaging with guests to gather feedback and ensure their expectations are exceeded..

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef, with a minimum of 3 years as a Senior Sous Chef or higher in a fine dining environment.
- A highly skilled a la carte fine dining chef who is dynamic, well-organized, and self-driven, with a deep understanding of current culinary trends.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a diverse culinary team.
- Deep knowledge of modern culinary techniques and luxury dining trends, with an emphasis on presentation and flavor.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
