Server - Mallard Lounge

As a Server, you will be an ambassador for exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our dining experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding food and beverage offerings makes guests of Mallard Lounge feel unique and valued.

This is a full-time, permanent position, starting December 3rd.

Starting Rate of Pay: $17.40 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $23.10 per hour.

Job Duties Include:

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

• BC Serving It Right Certificate
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
