Qualifications
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, although additional education in Hospitality Management or related fields is advantageous.
- Experience: Previous experience in luxury hospitality, guest services, or butler roles is essential, with a focus on providing personalized and high-touch service.
- Cultural Awareness: Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and the ability to interact effectively with an international clientele.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with guests and convey information accurately and professionally.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all guest preferences and requirements are met seamlessly.
