Originally built in 1888, Hotel Woolstore 1888 is the fourth oldest of Sydney's 21 surviving wool stores. Transformed into a luxurious hotel, this historic building boasts 90 meticulously designed guestrooms, a multi-award-winning neighborhood restaurant and bar, and a variety of versatile spaces for meetings and events.

We are currently seeking an experienced bartender to join our team at Mister Percy, a venue renowned for its Mediterranean-inspired flavors, emphasis on local produce, and curated wine selections.

Your role will be pivotal in crafting a diverse range of beverages with precision and ensuring guests feel warmly welcomed and cared for. You'll maintain a thoroughly stocked and pristine bar, handle transactions efficiently, and contribute to a vibrant atmosphere that invites guests to unwind and indulge in their surroundings.
