Job Description
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager and the Conference Sales team to deliver service that achieves a reputation as a market leader
- Run room set up, service requirements, and technical equipment to the specification of the function event order
- Contribute to all event and banquet operations, whether a conference, function, meeting, wedding or gala dinner and are executed with perfection ensuring a seamless experience for our guests
- Create strong connections with the client to ensure a smooth experience
Qualifications
- Experience in a hotel environment or banquet/event venue with relevant skills in Food & Beverage service delivery
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients and staff
- Knowledge of how to operate AV equipment for events
- LCQ and/or Managers Certificate is preferred
