• Create and update the wine list in coordination with chefs and the Director of Food and Beverage.
• Recommend food and wine pairings.
• Advise guests on wines based on their personal tastes and food choices.
• Inform guests about different varieties of wines and prices.
• Ensure wines are served at the right temperature and within the proper glassware.
• Store open bottles properly to maintain strong taste.
• Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment on a daily basis in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

• Minimum 5 years of 5-star luxury hotel or a high-end restaurant experience 
• Having an extensive and strong knowledge of wines including the local ones,
• Ability to create tasteful food and wine pairings,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Knowledgeable about Food & Beverage operations,
• Ability to use Micros POS,
• Having advanced communication skills,
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
