Job Description
1. To prepare or assist the process of preparation high-quality, tasty and beautifully presented food products according to the company's standards;
2. Follow all instructions and prescriptions appropriately:
3. Prepare ready-made semi-finished products necessary for daily activities:
4. To prepare food products of the same high quality, taste and attractiveness at all times according to the company's standards:
5. To inform the supervisor before any product is finished:
6. To control the quality and quantity of food served to guests:
7. Participate in and adhere to the process of minimizing wastage and achieving budgeted food price targets:
8. Keeping the workplace and equipment neat and clean, in accordance with sanitary regulations:
9. In case of deficiencies in technical equipment, to inform the direct supervisor:
10. To comply with food safety procedures and the rules for creating a safe work environment:
11. To assist in the process of receiving, checking and keeping conditions of all food products arriving for the department in the best quality:
12. To be responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen while on duty:
13. To be sufficiently informed about the work of the department and to help other employees of the department when appropriate;
14. To observe the efficient use of the Equipment;
15. To carry out daily work and report directly to the manager;
16. Manage time correctly and complete assigned tasks on time;
17. To properly comply with the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) standard and to participate in the trainings held on this standard within the department;
Qualifications
- Secondary or Higher education
- Having minimum work experience in the kitchen for the relevant position.
- Fluent Azerbaijani language
- Russian and English are desirable
- Being extremely responsible.
- To have the ability to perform multiple tasks within a changing environment, while remaining calm and restrained in collective internal relations
- Maintaining patience and restraint during work hours
- Ability to be accurate and pay attention to details
- Passionate about cooking and serving guests' orders.
- Strive to continuously learn new abilities and skills, methods
