Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all Talent & Culture foundations standard are observed at all times.
- In conjunction with department heads, oversee periodic and annual performance appraisal processes in accordance with company requirements.
- Oversee the payroll function and remittance of monthly salaries to all employees.
- Prepare monthly T&C reports as and when required
- Manage employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinary, grievances...etc
- Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and departments have enough manning to support operations at all times.
- Help achieve departmental goals
- Support the hotel with departmental training requirements
- Control costs when possible and assist in meeting hotel/departmental financial targets
