Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure all Talent & Culture foundations standard are observed at all times.
  • In conjunction with department heads, oversee periodic and annual performance appraisal processes in accordance with company requirements.
  • Oversee the payroll function and remittance of monthly salaries to all employees.
  • Prepare monthly T&C reports as and when required
  • Manage employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinary, grievances...etc
  • Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and departments have enough manning to support operations at all times.
  • Help achieve departmental goals
  • Support the hotel with departmental training requirements
  • Control costs when possible and assist in meeting hotel/departmental financial targets
