Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan, including, offline, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, affiliate marketing, and content marketing, to drive traffic and sales.
  • Plan, implement, and analyze digital marketing campaigns, optimizing them for maximum ROI while staying within budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to enhance the user experience, improve website performance, and ensure seamless navigation.
  • in coordination with the Revenue Department, manage and update the strategic alliance partner’s websites- online OTA and metasearch websites. Ensure that the hotel website is up to date in all languages.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies and personalized marketing campaigns to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Assist in all Marketing PR and communication duties including bilingual copy writing and checks. As well as coordinating marketing activities with the operational departments. As well as in budget and forecast activities.
  • Carry out other duties with in Ecommerce and marketing department as requested by the Management.
  • Participate in meeting and prepare / conduct presentations about the Ecommerce and marketing activities.
  • Preserve Brand Standards and company standards.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in online advertising, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and content creation abilities.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.
