Job Description
Rooms Coordinator is a hotel employee who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Rooms Division. This includes tasks such as:
- Answering guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
- Processing reservations and rooming lists
- Communicating with guests and staff to ensure a smooth stay
- Overseeing housekeeping and maintenance
- Ordering supplies and equipment
- Maintaining records and reports
The Rooms Coordinator must be able to work independently and as part of a team. They must also be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to work under pressure.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to speak and understand English
