Job Description

Are you passionate about hospitality, sales, and marketing? Do you thrive in a dynamic and luxurious environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at the Pullman Palm Cove Sea Temple Resort and Spa!

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our resort and ensuring its continued success. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue potential business opportunities to drive revenue growth. This includes corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential partners.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance the resort's visibility and brand image, both locally and internationally.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize our online presence across various platforms, including social media, websites, and third-party booking channels.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry professionals, and relevant stakeholders to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, performance metrics, and return on investment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including social media management and content creation.
  • Knowledge of the local market and tourism industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a dedication to exceeding guest expectations.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and travel for trade shows or client meetings as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
