Job Description

  • Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience
  • Maintain group and individual arrival report daily.
  • Inform guests of hotel rates and services and create/cancel/confirm reservations.
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities

Qualifications

  • Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Guest Relations or similar role
  • Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft 
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Service focused and engaging personality
