Job Description

  • Creative and passionate about food and customer service.
  • Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Sustainability at the heart of everything we do. 
  • Practices good personal hygiene. 
  • Ensures timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area.
  • Able to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Reports to work well-groomed, in the specified uniform.
  • Follows all procedures set for the closing and opening of a of a shift or a section.   
  • Stores food items properly.   

Qualifications

  • Formal culinary Diploma or equivalent certificate.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Commis chef in a large international class hotel.
