About the role: 

To carry out allocated cleaning duties, achieving established standards of cleanliness and presentation to meet guest’s needs and exceed their expectations.  This includes:

• Collect clean linen cages from loading bay and distribute as required 
• Stock Room Attendant trolleys with appropriate volume of linen needed to clean/service rooms each day
• Deliver clean linen to pantries and housekeeping trolley on floors of both Novotel and Ibis
• Collect dirty linen from the floors and bring down to loading bay ready for collection
• Remove full cages of dirty linen on floors from both Novotel and Ibis, bring down to loading bay area for collection
• Manage laundry chute cages, when full, remove and provide an empty cage to chute

Work Experience:

• Good level of physical fitness.  This role has physical demands of lifting and carrying and being on your feet
• Have an understanding of the needs and expectations of guests
• Enjoy working in a large team
• Have a high attention to detail
