About the hotel:

Novotel & Ibis Auckland Ellerslie is a unique dual branded property with 247 rooms, restaurant, bar and multiple conference outlets. We are located adjacent to the Ascot Hospital and Ellerslie Racecourse and have the added benefit of being 'out' of the city. We are easily accessible by bus or train and there is plenty of off street parking nearby. 

You'll be our unofficial 'Director of First Impressions'! We're looking for a super savvy and super confident Porter that will essentially be the face of the hotel. 

• Provide individualised customer focused service. 
• Assist with car / hotel doors and guest luggage
• Work closely with the Guest relations Manager to ensure VIP guests are taken care of.
• All guest property in storage, long or short term, duly documented and cared for.
• When guest report lost property take all relevant information and pass on to housekeeping.
• Ensuring the hotel is up to standards in common guest areas. 

You'll have an excellent verbal communication style, and whilst the role is working on your own, you'll be part of the Front Office team in delivering exceptional experiences every day.

NZ drivers license preferred but not required.
