Job Description
The context
- Within the HRIS, Digital & Transformation Department and the Core HR Process Owner team, you will join a team responsible for the reliability and continuous evolution of the Employee Central HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) for all corporate populations.
- This internship is part of an HR digital transformation drive, notably through the deployment of a new HR AI Assistant and the ongoing professionalization of the Core HR framework.
- You will work in an environment where rigor, analytical thinking, and curiosity for information systems make all the difference.
Your mission
- Contribute to the reliability and continuous improvement of Core HR processes on Employee Central, at the heart of the Group's HRIS transformation.
- Own the offboarding process: gather additional functional requirements, communicate needs to the technical team, participate in technical-functional analysis, conduct UAT and demos, update all related documentation, and communicate new improvements.
- Run monthly activities related to permissions, workflows, Core HR data, and operational reports.
- Support the support team and work with technical teams to process new or change requests and resolve incident tickets, and handle the related UAT.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify data issues, propose a remediation plan for each, and coordinate actions with technical and support teams.
- Train users on operational Employee Central reports and dashboards.
- Deliver HR data reports required for HRIS audits.
- Contribute to the deployment of the new HR AI Assistant by conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and updating SharePoint and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to Core HR processes.
- Maintain and enrich the HRIS process library to provide visibility and transparency to business leaders, HR, and technical teams.
Qualifications
About you
Your profile:
- Degree program: final-year student or recent graduate of a business school or Master's degree in HRIS, Human Resources Management, Project Management, Data Analyst, or a related field
- Internship duration: 6 months — Preferred start date: September 2026
Appreciated skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Initial experience using AI assistants or agents would be an advantage
Soft skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities
- Reactivity, proactivity, and organisational skills
- Interpersonal and writing skills
Language(s):
- Fluency in French & English — at least B2 level
