Job Description
Drive the revenue performance of managed hotels by overseeing regional top accounts, leading a team ofPerformance Excellence Managers, and ensuring direct, hands‑on support to hotels to optimize RevPAR, NetRevPAR, and RGI through close proximity, rapid issue resolution, and consistent performance follow‑up.
Drive revenue performance for managed hotels by steeringRevPAR, Net RevPAR, and RGI improvement across theregion.
Lead, coach, and develop the team of PerformanceExcellence Managers to ensure strong hotel support andconsistent execution.
Oversee regional top accounts, ensuring strongrelationships, performance follow‑up, and rapid resolution ofcommercial issues.
Provide direct, hands‑on support to hotels, ensuringproximity, quick diagnosis of performance gaps, andactionable recovery plans.
Coordinate closely with Operations & RM teams to alignstrategies and secure topline delivery.
Monitor performance rigorously through structured routines,dashboards, and KPI governance to ensure accountabilityand follow‑through.
Identify risks and opportunities across the managed portfolioand drive targeted action plans to accelerate revenuegrowth.
Qualifications
Strong revenue management orcommercial performanceexperience in hospitality
Proven track record improvingRevPar /RGI across multiple hotels
Experience leading hotel facingteams or managing Key accounts
Analytical KPI-driven decisionmaking
Strong leadership and coachingabilities
High agility in problem solving andhotel support
Fluent in German and English
