The remit includes 14 operating hotels, 4 openings in 2026 and a very strong pipeline.
Job Description
What you'll do…
- Provide senior operational leadership, expertise, and guidance to LATAM & Caribbean-based General Managers and hotel leadership teams, ensuring alignment with Ennismore’s goals and values as well as the applicable Brand standards.
- Partner closely with General Managers to set clear performance expectations, establish accountability, and monitor results through disciplined use of KPIs, financial analysis, and structured performance reviews.
- Lead the annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and Latest Estimate (LE) processes across the portfolio, strengthening financial discipline, forecast accuracy, and commercial decision-making.
- Identify, evaluate, and drive revenue growth and profitability opportunities across the hotels, working collaboratively with Ennismore level sales, revenue, marketing, food & beverage, and brand teams.
- Hold General Managers accountable for commercial, operational, people, and guest experience outcomes, providing coaching and development where appropriate and taking decisive action to address sustained underperformance when necessary.
- Champion a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all properties, ensuring effective execution of Brand standards, service culture, and reputation management.
- Provide executive oversight of labor strategy and workforce effectiveness in partnership with People & Culture, ensuring appropriate staffing models, productivity, engagement, and compliance with local employment regulations and any collective agreements.
- Oversee safety, security, and regulatory compliance across the portfolio, including life safety, health, and risk management standards, and serve as the senior escalation point for critical incidents or crises.
- Lead operational reviews and performance deep dives, sharing best practices, insights, and learnings from across Ennismore to continuously raise operational standards.
- Support and oversee capital projects, renovations, and site-level initiatives, ensuring delivery on time and on budget, and working directly with owners to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for owners, delivering clear, insightful reporting that explains both results and the drivers behind performance.
- Provide executive leadership for new hotel openings, rebrands, and ownership or management transitions, ensuring smooth execution, brand alignment, and timely stabilization.
- Build and sustain a strong, connected community of General Managers and senior leaders, fostering collaboration, shared learning, and consistent leadership behaviors across the region.
- Contribute to our portfolio strategy by identifying risks and opportunities, informing capital prioritization, and supporting medium- and long-term operational planning.
