Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded People and Culture leader to join our Singapore office on a 13-month parental leave contract. Acting as the trusted right hand to the Senior Vice President, People & Culture MEA APAC, this role will lead high-impact transversal projects across the region and serve as a key link between Regional teams and Central Office.
This is a strategic and hands-on opportunity for someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and can confidently manage multiple priorities across diverse markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading regional transformation initiatives including HRIS implementation, change management, and organisational design
- Acting as a senior advisor to the SVP on cross-functional MEA APAC projects
- Driving alignment between Central Office strategy and regional execution
- Influencing senior stakeholders across multiple countries and business functions
- Identifying opportunities to improve people processes, structures, and ways of working
Ideal candidate:
- Significant experience in HR transformation, strategy, or regional project leadership
- Experience working across the MEA APAC region is highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of the HR landscape, market dynamics, and cultural nuances across MEA APAC
- Adaptable, resilient, and confident navigating ambiguity with ease
- Able to balance process with strong relationship management and sound judgement
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive presence
- Commercially astute, agile, and solutions focused
