Job Description
At Accor, we are currently looking for a Customer Technology Solutions Coordinator to join the Technical department to ensure that our hotels stay up to date on the technological field.
The first few months of the role will be 100% remote until the opening of our new Accor offices in Lisbon, therefore the ideal candidate must be based in Lisbon already.
The main scope of responsibility is to own multiple relationships with key responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction and technology growth in our hotels, along with building long-term partnerships with the Accor Group.
You will be responsible for a team of field services and PMs.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Managing the field services resources
- Supporting the CTS Team in achieving targets
- Building and empowering a strong team of Field services through effective guidance
- Assisting in preparing Hotel Budget guidelines to present to owners
- Ensuring the delivery of the Field Services
- Ensuring the satisfaction of the clients following on FS intervention
- Providing KPIs and Dashboard
- Coordinating projects within the Region and as well as their execution
- Overseeing and assisting with the implementation of Accor Tech initiatives at a hotel level
- Ensuring compliance with Corporate and industry standards guidelines and requirements
- The review and approval of the new Accor Accor Tech Policies and guidelines before they are applied to hotels such us user rights, security policy or preventive maintenance
- Ensuring that the Tech business continuity plan is well defined and communicated to the hotels
Qualifications
- Fluent in Portuguese and English - any other language will be a plus
- University Degree or equivalent
- Leadership and teamwork approach
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
