Job Description

Part of Loyalty & Partnership team within Accor global Digital & Business Factory division (D&BF), you are in charge of ALL Membership Subscription Strategy. You define the value proposition, activation and global expansion. You’ll collaborate closely with Regional Sales & Marketing Teams to expand the membership subscription revenue worldwide.

VALUE PROPOSITION

  • Articulate & enrich the value proposition accordingly to constantly evolving customer needs & Accor digital, loyalty & brand assets
  • Ensure competitive & technological watch on business travel & loyalty

STRATEGY PLANNING

  • Identify, quantify & activate growth opportunities (ie. customer acquisition, activation and retention, new features, benefits or partners, new geographies…)
  • Leverage all marketing touchpoints (on & offline, endorsed & stand alone…)

GLOBAL SCALE-UP

  • Streamline & sublimate the product line with Marketing teams
  • Scale up the product line, collaborating with worldwide Loyalty & Sales leaders

LEADERSHIP

  • Manage and develop talents: Digital, Marketing, Commercial Performance

INTERNAL MARKETING

  • Promote and educate internally on membership subscription products
  • Demonstrate the added value for Accor, for ALL and for hotels
     

You capitalize on an existing product portfolio with strong European foothold, use internal & external benchmark and gigantic amount of datas and products in an always richer Accor environment, to give our guests even more reasons to be part of ALL and strengthen the Accor value proposition for hotel owners.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Marketing, Digital)
  • 5-7 years professional experience in Marketing, Loyalty and/or digital
  • Experience(s) in hospitality is a plus
  • Fluent in French & English
  • Busines oriented & result-driven
  • Pragmatic, convincing & innovative
  • Used to deal with complexity
