We're looking for a Receptionist who brings positive energy, enjoys meeting new people, and isn't afraid to take initiative.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You welcome our guests, ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience, and go the extra mile to make their stay memorable. You are knowledgeable about Amsterdam and the surrounding area and enjoy sharing recommendations with our guests.

During morning shifts, you will also be responsible for setting up the breakfast buffet and helping to maintain a safe and welcoming hotel environment.

We are looking for someone who is efficient, stress-resistant, and enjoys working in a dynamic hospitality environment. As Ibis Budget Amsterdam Airport operates 24/7, flexibility is essential. You must be available to work morning, evening, and night shifts, with a minimum of two night shifts per month. We are specifically looking for someone who is available to work four days per week.
