Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share;
  • Identify and establish new corporate, leisure, and MICE business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients;
  • Promote hotel services and maximize sales opportunities across all market segments;
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business potential;
  • Represent the hotel in sales meetings, networking events, and client presentations;
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements with corporate clients, travel agencies, and business partners;
  • Collaborate with operational departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and guest satisfaction;
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and submit regular sales and activity reports;
  • Support promotional initiatives and coordinate sales activities with marketing efforts;
  • Maintain accurate client records and update sales databases and reports;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards;
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional business relationships at all times.
  • Budgeting through segments and comprehensive market research for future work.
  • Defined multi-segment Price Levels for OTA channels, Leisure market (FIT/Group), Corporate segments, etc.
  • Ensuing proper functioning and optimal content scores for all Online Travel Agencies (OTA) channels.
  • Actively sought and launched strategic promotions on different B2B & B2C platforms to maximize online revenue.
  • Oversee daily reservation operations, including bookings, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Manage rates, availability, and restrictions across all distribution channels.
  • Analyse booking trends, forecasts, and pick-up reports to optimize performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with reservation standards and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales is required;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Good understanding of corporate, leisure, and MICE market segments;
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities;
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems;
  • Knowledge of reservations operations and booking procedures will be considered an advantage;
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
