Sous Chef
Support the Head Chef in leading, mentoring, and managing the kitchen team to ensure high performance and continuous development
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with brand standards and hygiene regulations
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and the creation of innovative culinary concepts
Ensure efficient food preparation and service during all operating hours
Monitor stock levels, control food costs, and support inventory management and ordering processes
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organization within the kitchen
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences

What we are looking for:
At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an international hotel or high-volume restaurant environment
Strong culinary skills with a passion for quality, presentation, and innovation
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a hands-on and supportive manner
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure
Solid knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
Financial awareness, including cost control and minimizing waste
Creative mindset with the ability to contribute new ideas and continuously improve processes
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Fluent English; knowledge of Czech or another language is an advantage
