Job Description

This position is responsible for maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, safety protocols in French Restaurant.

Work closely with Senior chefs to design and execute innovative restaurant menus that honor traditional French techniques while embracing contemporary culinary trends.

Ensure sustainable kitchen operations while achieving targeted food cost.

Qualifications

 

What you will bring to the role

 

Expertise in French cuisine and minimum 5 years relevant experience in hospitality in Int’l Premium & Luxury brands.

Diploma from a reputable Culinary school preferred.

Comprehensive knowledge of Food safety and HACCP standards.

Ability to maintain composure and deliver consistent quality in high-pressure environments.

Reading, writing and speaking  proficiency in English language.

Understanding of Korean culture & language will be an advantage.
