What Will You Be Doing? 

 

  • Establish order and invoices templates. Build historical archives, and data pools that cumulate all product information.
  • Order tracking and change management.
  • Optimize business meetings and processes by aligning with internal stakeholders within the company and external distributors. Align with workstream and build stand processes with supervisor.
  • Work with different stakeholders in the APAC office and global HQ for new commerce business opportunities and align with strategy on the key business directions and requirements. This includes but is not exclusive to franchise & wholesale models for offline growth and new selling platforms for online growth.
  • Embarrass and understand the culture in different market with different commercial practices and platforms; establish close relationship with our counterparties in distributor within different market.
  • Provide best support with nimble and agile mindset for add-hoc assignment and projects.
  • Assist to execute company strategies in expanding through external partners. Collaborate with internal stakeholders like marketing, product, stores & ecommerce teams to create a holistic collaboration process to maximize the outcome.
  • Strong communication with concise and precise way.

     

 

What Do You Need To Bring? 

 

  • Bachelor degree or above, Familiar with MS office; Strong capabilities in excel and PowerPoint.
  • 3 year+ relevant experience, wholesaler management and DSR management is plus
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, able to work under pressure, good team player.
  • Strong oral/written skills in both English and Chinese, other language is a plus.
  • Adequate understanding and knowledge about Trade, transportation and commerce.
  • Quick learner to know the system used for order tracking, order update, billing, etc. ABI, Power BI will be plus
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; can confidently articulate a point of view, but also explain the risk and opportunities.
  • Solid interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships at all levels of the organization.
