Job Description 

Our Merchandise Planning – Pricing team is responsible for driving pricing and promotional strategy with the goal of achieving sales goals and maximizing margin. The Assistant Pricing Analyst will drive and coordinate system implementation of pricing and promotions to help support the business. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, collaborative, extremely detailed in approach, and highly organized. The successful candidate must be an innovative problem solver and analytical thinker with a strong sense of urgency.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Strong partnership and communication with cross-functional business partners
  • Assist in analyzing pricing and promotional in the business with merchandise planning teams
  • Support the business in reviewing and analyzing margin impacts of markdowns and promotions
  • Managing to the floorset calendar and meeting all required deadlines for the business
  • Ability to think on your feet, adjusting business requests to drive sales
  • Review and audit all pricing communication documents on a weekly basis
  • Assist store and e-commerce teams with pricing and marketing issues as needed
  • Leading weekly pricing and promotional meetings with the business

 

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • Bachelors degree with a strong academic record or related experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to handle significant responsibility
  • Experienced in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Readily acquires systems knowledge
  • A strong desire for adventure & curiosity
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Desire to learn & hunger for more!
  • A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners to achieve the vision of the brand
