Job Description

The main responsibility of this role is to oversee the seamless execution of the end-to-end order tracking process. The primary focus will be to expedite order fulfillment, guarantee timely delivery of goods and services, maintain impeccable records, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to promptly address any challenges that emerge. This role should possess exceptional communication skills, adept multitasking abilities, a keen eye for detail, and unparalleled proficiency in identifying and resolving problems.

What Will You Be Doing? 

 

  • Arrange the creation, processing, and tracking of orders, ensuring their timely and accurate issuance.
  • Closely monitor order records and delivery schedules, promptly identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine order processes and elevate fulfillment performance.
  • Foster positive relationships with regional partners, ensuring timely and accurate communication of order changes and updates, as well as prompt supporting on operations.
  • Participate in regional buying initiatives, contributing to the development of transparent and insightful buying materials, grounded in a deep understanding of regional strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to the supervisor on order status, as well as identified risks and opportunities to optimize business and processes with alignment.

     

 

What Do You Need To Bring? 

 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel for data entry and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling to build and maintain effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, enabling you to swiftly and efficiently identify and resolve issues.
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
