Job Description 

 The Quality Assurance Specialist here at A&F Co. Manages and executes all aspects of quality control including working with our supplier’s quality team to support with calibration, inspection report documentation, product verification, competing AQL audits on product, and implementation of QA Standards  throughout the A&F Co vendor supplier base in South America, Central America, Europe and Middle East.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

What Will You Be Doing? 

• Vendor training on A&F Co. QA Requirements (i.e. visual inspect and garment measurements, etc)
• Conduct new factory production capability assessment/evaluation and onboarding of A&F Co. quality standards and requirements
• Conduct quality training programs and improvement sessions
• Provide guidance and solutions to quality issues, set up proper follow up on factory correction and action plan (CAP)
• Drive the scheduling of annual re-training/certification of certified supplier auditors
• Conducting in-line/end-line inspections for critical programs - Top 30, Chase/Trend Edit, High Volume, etc.
• Damages Analysis, Campus/Store Call Outs, Store Feedback, and DC Audit Product Failures
• Participate in PP Preview / Fits that are conducted at GHO by Tech, Merchant, Design, and Sourcing teams

What Do You Need To Bring? 

• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience  
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• Detail oriented and strong organization skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proven work experience in quality assurance – managing and conducting in-line/end line inspections & factory set-ups/systems
• Solid knowledge of relevant quality systems and standards & production tracking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Travel required up to 25% of time
• Self starter and collaborator
