Job Description
The A&F Co. Data Strategy Team is responsible for how data should be stored, accessible, consumed by others and how it appears in different reporting. This is a remote role, responsible for ensuring accuracy, functionality, and compliance of data across systems, while supporting proactive strategies to monitor, alert and notify breakages across high stakes data integrations
What Will You Be Doing?
• Manage roadmap & execution of data collection across Web, App and Consent/Privacy Landscape
• Define complex data strategy to ensure accuracy, functionality & compliance of data across systems
• Define processes, RACI and owners across data supply chain to limit unintended breaks and maximize return on our investment
• Supports proactive strategies to monitor, alert and notify breakages across high stakes data integrations
• Ensures adequate setup, data strategy for deeplinking use-case execution
• Accountable for communication and coordination with squads for data needs, including but not limited to security processes, cookie blocking, documentation, IP/bot allow lists
• Ensure adequate change management to comply with changing regulations and security processes
• Team up with cross-functional partners to drive data education, literacy and excellence
What Do You Need To Bring?
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years in website/app data and analytics space, ideally in retail
• 5+ years working directly in tag managers and analytics tools, Adobe and/or Tealium preferred
• 2+ years of managerial experience leading cross-functional teams and projects
• Working level knowledge of Javascript
• Proven leadership experience and ability to thrive in team-based settings
• Successful track record in building and maintaining relationships

This role allows for remote work across the U.S.. Therefore, in states and cities that require the hourly or salary compensation or pay range to be included in a job posting, the recruiting pay range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000. The range may be modified in the future.
