Job Description

What Will You Be Doing? 

• Support stores by managing associate relations, operations, compliance, and other functions
• Support HR related administrative work assigned
• Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, contract, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance with the alignment of HR team and other related departments
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, such as collection of employee feedback, associate engagement event, performance review etc.
• Monitor associate relations intake platforms, including associate hotlines, and respond to inquiries or facilitate investigations
• Support daily staffing of stores and work closely with Stores Management team and relevant Global Home Office departments for any changes in strategy
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
• Liaise with other departments or functions if necessary for global or local projects (payroll, benefits etc.), including conference calls with Global Home Office
• Travel to stores or other offices as needed

What Do You Need To Bring? 

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-year relevant working experience
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, verbal and written
• Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
• Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
• Strong ability in using MS Office and other HR systems is a plus
• Flexibility with travel and working hours
• High degree of maturity, professionalism, and communication skill
